Shipping policy

We ship with care to keep every piece pristine.

Processing time

  • Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding holidays.

  • Made-to-order / restock items may take 3–5 extra days.

Delivery estimates

  • Pakistan (standard): 2–5 business days.

  • Pakistan (express): 1–2 business days.

  • International (if enabled): 7–14 business days via TCS or DHL . Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Rates

  • Standard shipping PKR 250 ; free over PKR 4999.

  • Express PKR 500. Rates shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. If it doesn’t appear within 48 hours, contact support@wearsilsila.com.

Address issues & delivery attempts

  • Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Undeliverable parcels may be returned; reship fees may apply.

  • Marked “delivered” but not received? Notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
