Return & Refund Policy

We design for simplicity and longevity. If something is not right, we will make it easy.


1) Return window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • unused and unwashed,
    • with tags attached, and
    • in original packaging.

2) Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Any item returned without original tags and/or packaging

3) Exchanges

  • To swap a size or color, start a return and select Exchange (subject to stock availability).

4) How to start a return

  1. Email support@wearsilsila.com with:
    • your order number (#),
    • the item(s) you want to return, and
    • the reason for return.
  2. We will reply with:
    • a return authorization, and
    • a label and/or return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.

5) Refunds

  • After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.

6) Late / missing refunds

  1. Check with your bank first.
  2. Then contact your card provider.
  3. If it is still pending after 10 business days, email support@wearsilsila.com.

7) Damages & issues

  • If your item arrives defective or incorrect, email photos to support@wearsilsila.com within 48 hours of delivery.

8) Return shipping

  • Pakistan: We can arrange a label; a return fee of PKR 250 may apply.
  • International (if applicable): Customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty.
