Return & Refund Policy

We design for simplicity and longevity. If something is not right, we will make it easy.
1) Return window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- unused and unwashed,
- with tags attached, and
- in original packaging.
2) Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items
- Worn or washed items
- Any item returned without original tags and/or packaging
3) Exchanges
- To swap a size or color, start a return and select Exchange (subject to stock availability).
4) How to start a return
- Email support@wearsilsila.com with:
- your order number (#),
- the item(s) you want to return, and
- the reason for return.
- We will reply with:
- a return authorization, and
- a label and/or return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
5) Refunds
- After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.
6) Late / missing refunds
- Check with your bank first.
- Then contact your card provider.
- If it is still pending after 10 business days, email support@wearsilsila.com.

Pakistan: We can arrange a label; a return fee of PKR 250 may apply.

International (if applicable): Customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty.
