Return window

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and worn/washed goods.

Any item returned without original tags/packaging.
Exchanges

To swap a size/color, start a return and select Exchange (subject to stock).
How to start a return

Email support@wearsilsila.com with order #, item, reason.

We’ll reply with a return authorization & label/instructions.

Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
Refunds

Once inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
Late/Missing refunds

Check your bank, then contact your card provider. If still pending after 10 business days, email support@wearsilsila.com.
Damages & issues

If your item arrives defective/incorrect, email photos to support@wearsilsila.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping

Pakistan: We can arrange a label; return fee PKR 250 may apply.

International (if applicable): Customer covers return shipping unless faulty.
