Return & Refund Policy

We design for simplicity and longevity. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy.

Return window

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards, final-sale items, and worn/washed goods.

  • Any item returned without original tags/packaging.

Exchanges

  • To swap a size/color, start a return and select Exchange (subject to stock).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@wearsilsila.com with order #, item, reason.

  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization & label/instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Once inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

Late/Missing refunds

  • Check your bank, then contact your card provider. If still pending after 10 business days, email support@wearsilsila.com.

Damages & issues

Return shipping

  • Pakistan: We can arrange a label; return fee PKR 250 may apply.

  • International (if applicable): Customer covers return shipping unless faulty.
